摘　　要：基于moldflow分析软件,对遮阳罩产品阀浇口开启及关闭时间成型工艺参数进行了模拟分析,通过对模具阀浇口开闭时间长短进行了对比分析,获得了确保塑料件注塑成型质量并最终应用于生产的工艺参数;从而有效解决了塑料件缺料、飞边等缺陷,提高了塑料件成型质量,缩短了试模时间及节约了生产成本。On the basis of Moldflow analysis software,the technology parameters of valve opening and closing time of the sun shade products was simulated and analyzed.The injection molding process parameter was obtained and applied to ensure the quality of the plastic parts by investigating the valve opening and closing time.Therefore,some defects such as lacking plastic,flying edge were effectively solved and the quality of the plastic parts was improved.The mould testing time is shortened and the production cost is decreased.
