摘 要:停缸技术由于具有较好的节油效果,正在被越来越多的汽车企业研究和应用;合理选择停缸工作区域,既可以达到节油效果又可以平衡整车的平顺性及NVH。文章从理论上计算停缸区域的选择和停缸后的燃油经济性,为CAE分析停缸后的扭振和后期标定点的选择提供指导。The stop cylinder technology is being studied and applied by more and more automobile enterprises because of its good fuel saving effect.The reasonable selection of the working area of the stop cylinder can not only achieve the efficiency of fuel saving but also balance the ride comfort and NVH of the whole vehicle.This paper theoretically calculates the selection of cylinder stopping area and fuel economy after cylinder stopping,which provides guidance for CAE analysis of torsional vibration after cylinder stopping and selection of calibration point in later period.
