摘 要:文章针对某中型卡车1/2挡难挂问题,对离合器系统、发动机转速、变速器换挡力、操纵系统阻力、软轴性能及其布置形式进行了实验分析,发现换挡困难的根本原因为软轴布置不合理和软轴性能低。据此,提出了优化软轴的结构和布置的改善方法,并对所提出的优化方案进行试验验证。结果表明所提出的优化方法解决了该车型1/2挡难挂的问题,提升了整车的换挡性能,并为以后的换挡系统设计提供了理论依据。In this paper,an experimental analysis is carried out on the clutch system,engine speed,transmission gear shifting force,control system resistance,soft shaft performance and its layout of a medium-sized truck.It is found that the root cause of the shifting difficulty is the improper placement of soft shaft and low performance of soft shaft.Based on this,an improved method to optimize the structure and layout of the soft shaft is proposed,and the proposed optimization scheme is tested and verified.The results show that the proposed optimization method can solve the problem of gear shifting,improve the gear-shifting performance of the whole car,and provide a theoretical basis for the future gear-shifting system design.
