摘  要:带超速挡的重型变速箱,由于用户使用习惯的需要,用户在挂超速挡时变速器内部需要完成一次拨叉运动的换向。变速器换向机构为杠杆机构,其中的铰链支点布置在变速器上盖壳体上,文章针对用户反馈的超速挡换向困难、上盖壳体换向凸台断裂等问题进行了理论分析、CAE分析等,找到了超速挡挂挡困难的原因,并提出了优化改进方案。优化方案在市场上做了小批量验证,改进效果显著,为其它类似问题的分析和解决提供了一些参考价值。Because of the need of users'usage,the overspeed transmission,users should complete the commutation of the fork movement in the transmission when they are hanging the overspeed gear.The reversing mechanism of transmission is a lever mechanism,the hinge fulcrum is arranged on the upper cover shell of the transmission,in this paper,the theoretical analysis and CAE analysis are carried out to solve the problem,such as the fault of the reversing convex of the upper cover shell and difficulty in speeding up the stall.The optimization scheme has done a small batch verification in the market,the improvement effect is remarkable,and it provides some reference value for the analysis and solution of other similar problems.
