摘  要:电泳投槽后的槽液管理是获得高品质电泳车身的关键因素,只有电泳槽液管理工作全面、细致,电泳车身质量才会优秀、稳定。吉利晋中基地在投槽后6个月左右时间一直是低产状态,平均月产量不到500台,电泳液更新慢,对槽液的性能、稳定性等都有影响,针对这个潜在风险,低产期间制定了电泳槽液的管控方案,并取得了不错的成效。Tank liquor management after filling electrophoresis material is key factor to obtain high quality ED car body,only ED tank management was Comprehensive and detailed,ED body quality will be good and stable.It had been the state of low yield about six months after filling tank Geely jinzhong plant,the monthly output is less than 500 units,electrophoresis liquid updated slowly,which affect ED performance and stability.To avoid the potential risks,it set out ED tank process management scheme during the period of low yield,and the result is very well.
