关于《机动车运行安全技术条件》货车部分修订内容的研究

摘　　要：《机动车运行安全技术条件》作为我国机动车运行安全管理最基本的技术标准,其2017年修订版对货车提出了诸多新的要求。新版标准着眼于提升重中型载货汽车、危险货物运输车辆安全配置,相比GB 7258-2012,在分类方法、制动系、车身、安全防护装置等方面都有重要改变。文章着重从以上几个方面,结合标准修订初衷和过渡期,对新版标准在货车方面的要求加以阐述和分析。Technical specifications for safety of power-driven vehicles operating on roads has been the most basic standard on safety management of automobiles and its 2017 revised edition proposed many new regulations on goods vehicles.The revised edition,comparing to GB 7258-2012,changed significantly on terms concerning definition,breaking system,vehicle body and protection device,on the consideration of improvements of protection device for heavy duty trucks and road transportation vehicles for dangerous goods.Combing the mentioned aspects with the original considerations during the revise and the transition period regulations,this article helps you understand the terms on goods vehicles of the revised edition.
