摘　　要：现代农村新社区建设的过程,亦是一个空间再造及资源配置的过程。诸多新型空间在新社区建设中被塑造出来,这些空间的资源配置中,权力空间凸显政治资源,弱化自治资源,组织空间充分利用有限的民间社会资源,服务管理空间整合村干部资源及社会力量,娱乐活动及交往空间推动强大硬件资源。资源配置非均衡性导致空间失调,使得当代农村新社区建设陷入了困境。中国走出农村新社区建设的困境,需要在空间正义理念,实现政治资源、行政资源与社会资源的均衡配置与平衡发展;在保障权力空间地位基础上,强化管理服务空间功能,促进社会自组织空间有序发展,保障居民的发展权利及权益;合理配置相应资源,引导扩展个体的活动及交往空间,培养健康人格及良好社会心态;保障资源配置及空间生产中的居民参与权利,切实保障以人为中心的发展机制。The process of modern rural new community construction is also a process of spatial reconstruction and resource allocation.A lot of new space in the new community construction has been shaped.In the spatial allocation of resources,the power space highlights the political resources and weakens the autonomy of resources,the organizational space makes full use of limited civil society resources,the service management space integrates village leadership and social forces,and the recreational activities and communication space increase strong hardware resources.The unbalanced allocation of resources leads to spatial imbalance,putting the construction of new rural communities in a difficult situation.It is necessary to realize the balanced development of political resources,administrative resources and social resources in the view of the concept of spatial justice.On the basis of safeguarding the spatial position of power,we can strengthen the function of management service space,promote the self-development and protection of the rights and interests of the residents,guarantee the rational allocation of the corresponding resources,guide the expansion of individual activities and communication space,cultivate healthy personality and good social mentality,protect the right of residents to participate in the allocation of resources and space production of residents,and effectively sustain the people-centered development mechanism.
