摘  要:为了解大鳞副泥鳅(Paramisgurnus dabryanus)肾脏发育的一般规律,利用组织学的方法,对0~50日龄大鳞副泥鳅肾脏的胚后发育进行显微观察和研究。结果显示:大鳞副泥鳅初孵仔鱼体内有一条贯穿身体的原始肾管。2日龄仔鱼前肾小管管壁细胞排列疏松;5日龄前肾小管上皮为单层立方上皮,细胞间界限不清;7日龄前肾小管之间出现散在的未分化的造血干细胞;12日龄前肾小管继续分化,可见分化雏形的肾小体,中肾近曲小管开始分化形成;15日龄后,出现肾单位,肾小球形成由间充质细胞构成网状结构,肾脏腹侧可见大血管;20日龄中肾结构致密,腹侧血管(静脉)充满血液,远曲小管分化形成;30日龄中肾小管管壁多为单层柱状上皮细胞组成,排列十分紧密;50日龄后,中肾肾小体散在分布,远曲小管、近曲小管以及集合管等肾小管结构趋于完善。Histological methods were used to observe the post-embryonic development of kidney in Paramisgurnus dabryanus from hatching(0 day after hatching,DAH)until 50 DAH.The results indicated that newly hatched larval kidney tract was had a straight tube across body.The pronephric duct wall cells were loosely arranged at 2 DAH.The pronephric duct epithelium was a single layer’s cubic epithelium,and the intercellular boundary was not clear at 5 DAH.Undifferentiated hematopoietic stem cells were scattered At at 7 DAH.The anterior renal tubule continues to differentiate,embryonic form of the renal corpuscle was observed at 12 DAH,and the middle renal proximal convoluted tubule begins to differentiate.Nephron appeared and glomeruli formed network structure by mesenchymal cells After after 15 DAH.There was a large blood vesselin the ventral side of kidney,and pronephric duct wall was not complete,and the part of anterior renal tube began to degenerate.Mid-kidney had a dense structure,vein was full of blood,and distal convoluted tubules were formed at 20 DAH.The primary renal tubule regressed,the tubular wall of the middle renal tubule is composed of monolayer columnar epithelial cells at 30 DAH,which are closely aligned.Nephron scattered distributed in mid-kidney,structure of distal convoluted tubule,proximal convoluted tubule,collection tube and the other renal tubule turned to be completed after 50 DAH.
