持续创新研究主题及其动态演变——基于CITESAPCE的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：基于中国知网和Web of Science核心集合的文本数据,使用文献计量工具CITESAPCE绘制了关键词共现、文献共被引等知识图谱,发现国际持续创新研究主题包括企业资源(动态能力、知识以及吸收能力)对持续创新的影响、持续改进、可持续创新3个方面。中国是国际持续创新研究的重要力量,向刚教授及其研究团队从20世纪90年代至今先后研究了持续创新的内涵和特征、评价以及动力机制、风险管理等问题。中国持续创新研究经历了3个阶段,当前处于扩散阶段,但对于企业资源与持续创新的关系、持续创新风险等议题的探讨仍需加强。Based on the text data of CNKI and Web of Science core collection relevant with continuous innovation,this paper uses CITESAPCE to draw the knowledge maps of keywords,cited references,etc.According to knowledge maps,the topics of continuous innovation research in international included the effect of enterprise resource(dynamic capabilities,knowledge and absorptive capacity)on continuous innovation,continuous improvement and sustainable innovation.Besides,China is an important international force for continuous innovation research,Xiang G has lead his team into continuous innovation research since 1990s.They have studied the connotation and characteristics,formation mechanism,evaluation and risk management of continuous innovation successively.Third,China's continuous innovation research has gone through three stages,and now is in the stage of diffusion,but the discussion of issues such as the relationship between enterprise resources and continuous innovation,and the risk of continuous innovation still need to be strengthened.
