摘　　要：作为大农业的组成部分,以牧养(包括草原放牧和农区饲养)文化为主导的畜牧业,在漫长的历史发展过程中,也尽显了"帅天地之度以定取予"的农业伦理学特质,从"时宜性"、"地宜性"和"尽地力"3个维度反映了农业伦理学之度。但是,在当前草原牧区超载过牧、农区养殖带来的面源污染日趋严重的现状下,如何继承和发扬畜牧业的伦理学思想,促进畜牧业生产和生态环境保护协调发展,是关系畜牧业伦理学容量扩增的重要命题。本文在全面梳理中国传统畜牧业伦理观的基础上,提出生态畜牧业是促进畜牧业可持续生产、保护生态环境、实现畜牧业伦理学容量扩增的有效途径。As a key component of agriculture,animal husbandry based on livestock rearing(including both grassland herding in pastoral ecosystem and farm raring in agro-ecosystem)has been sustained by the ethnics in agriculture,which is characterized by“demand-supply with the degree of the nature”in long evolution process.The agricultural ethnic degree of animal husbandry can be defined in three dimensions,time suitability,space suitability,and land carrying capacity.However,the protection and sustenance of the agricultural ethnic of animal husbandry and promotion of harmony between environmental protection and economic development are urgently required in the era of increased grassland overgrazing in pastoral regions and enhanced non-point pollution owing to animal wastes in agricultural regions.This is a key issue relevant for the enhancement of ethnic capacity of animal husbandry.In this paper,the possible approaches have been suggested for increasing the ethnic capacity of animal husbandry,and promoting environmental protection and sustainable development based on the documentation and examination of animal husbandry ethnics in China.
