摘　　要：虽然研究生综合能力培养的重要性已经深入人心,但是如何将"重视"变为"落实"依旧是摆在广大高等教育者面前的一个复杂而艰巨的挑战。"理工科硕士研究生综合能力提升工程"是一个系统工程,是基于理论基础、针对核心目标践行举措的整体布局。It is well known to be the importance of graduate students'comprehensive ability training,it is still a complicated and arduous challenge to put"emphasis"into"implementation"for many educators.The project of“Improving the Comprehensive Ability of Master Degree Graduate of Science and Engineering”is a systematic process,which is also a process of overall arrangement based on theory and core goals.
