摘　　要：为提高焊接生产过程的数字化水平,研发了集焊接数据库平台、工艺设计专家系统平台和焊接信息管理平台为一体的焊接数据库及专家系统。其中数据库平台用于实现对焊接基础数据、焊接试验数据、成熟焊接工艺数据和焊接质量诊断案例数据在内的焊接数据的存储和管理;工艺设计专家系统基于知识库和推理机实现了手工钨极氩弧焊、自动钨极氩弧焊、电阻焊和真空电子束焊焊接工艺文件的自动设计及打印;焊接信息管理平台在数据库平台、专家系统平台及用户权限管理基础上,实现了对焊接工艺流程的在线管理和控制。实践证明,该系统很好地实现了焊接工艺过程在局域网内协同智能办公的目的。In order to improve the digital level of the welding production process,a welding database and expert system integrating welding database platform,process designing expert system platform and welding information management platform have been developed.The database platform is used to store and manage the welding data including welding basic data,welding test data,mature welding process data and welding quality diagnosis case data.The expert system of process design has realized the manual design and printing of manual TIG welding,automatic TIG welding,resistance welding and vacuum electron beam welding process files based on knowledge database and inference engine.Welding information management platform has realized online management and control of welding process based on database platform,expert system platform and user rights management.It is proved that the system can realize the purpose of collaborative intelligent office in LAN.
