小水电代燃料在广西扶贫工作中的实践

摘　　要：农村小水电代燃料工程建设,不仅能长期稳定地解决农民生活燃料和农村能源问题,保护生态环境,而且还能减轻农民负担,增加农民收入,对扶贫起到促进作用。通过对广西小水电代燃料试点、扩大试点、全面实施3个阶段的实践分析总结,结合具体实践案例,分析了广西实施小水电代燃料10年来对扶贫发挥的作用及取得的成效。The approach of rural small hydro replacing wooden fuel can not only provided fuel and energy to rural households but also improve local environment,increase income of farmers and reduce poverty in Guangxi Autonomous Region.Based on typical cases and summary of practices in three stages of initiation,widely demonstration and full implementation of the pilot projects,evaluation has been made on the roles of rural small hydro replacing wooden fuel for poverty alleviation as well as results and achievements in Guangxi for the past ten years.
