摘　　要：目的 建立HPLC法快速、同时筛查中成药及卫生用品中非法添加马来酸氯苯那敏、阿司咪唑、盐酸异丙嗪、盐酸赛庚啶、盐酸西替利嗪、特非那定6种抗组胺类化学成分的分析方法。方法 采用C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以不同比例的1%冰醋酸(二乙胺调节pH3.21)-甲醇为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0ml·min-1。检测器波长范围190~400nm,柱温30℃。结果 马来酸氯苯那敏、阿司咪唑、盐酸异丙嗪、盐酸赛庚啶、盐酸西替利嗪、特非那定分别在7.05~225.60μg·ml-1、3.85~123.20μg·ml-1、1.81~57.92μg·ml-1、3.54~113.28μg·ml-1、19.32~618.24μg·ml-1、9.25~296.00μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9990),平均回收率分别为104.7%、98.7%、91.1%、91.2%、88.9%、90.1%。方法精密度良好,RSD在0.28%~1.01%之间。结论 方法操作简便,适用于快速同时筛查中药及卫生用品中6种抗组胺类非法添加物。Objective To establish an HPLC method in rapidly screening illegally-added antihistamines,including chlorpheniramine maleate,azimidazole,promethazine hydrochloride,anarexol,Cetirizine hydrochloride,and terfenadine,and in Chinese traditional medicine and in sanitary products.Methods HPLC was performed on a C18column(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)with1%glacial acetic acid(adjust the pH value to3.21with diethylamine)-methanol in a gradient elution mode.1ml/min volumetric flow and30℃column temperature were adopted.The detection wavelength was set at190-400nm.Results The heniramine maleate,azimidazole,promethazine hydrochloride,anarexol,cetirizine hydrochloride,and terfenadine samples showed a good linear relationship at7.05-225.60μg?ml-1,3.85-123.20μg?ml-1,1.81-57.92μg?ml-1,3.54-113.28μg?ml-1,19.32-618.24μg?ml-1,9.25-296.00μg?ml-1(r≥0.9990);and the average recoveries were104.7%,98.7%,91.1%,91.2%,88.9%,and90.1%,respectively.The precision was good with RSD within the range of0.28%~1.01%.Conclusion This method is simple and convenient,and is suitable for simultaneous rapid determination of6kinds of illegally-added antihistamines in Chinese traditional medicine and sanitary products
