多学科联合及精细化流程管理对提高手术室效率的研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨多学科联合及精细化流程管理在手术室护理管理工作中的应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月至2017年1月在本院接受治疗的106例手术患者,按照随机数表法分为两组,每组53例。对照组接受常规手术护理流程管理,观察组接受多学科联合及精细化流程管理,比较两组患者的手术开台时间的比例、连台手术周转时间、手术延迟的比例、患者及医生的满意度、护理质量和手术效果。结果 观察组患者的总满意度为98.11%,护理质量总评分为(102.13±2.78)分,手术有效率为98.11%,均明显高于对照组的84.91%、(63.83±2.78)分和90.56%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 多学科联合及精细化流程管理有助于提高手术室护理管理的满意度、护理质量及手术效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary combination and fine processmanagement in operation room.Methods106patients treated at our hospital from January,2015to January,2017were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,53cases for each group.The control group received routine nursing process management,and the observation group received a multidisciplinary and meticulous process management.The founding proportion of operation time,the transfer time of continuous operation,surgical delay ratio,patients’and physicians’satisfaction,nursing quality,and surgical effect were compared between these two groups.Results The patients'overall satisfaction was98.11%the total score of quality of care(102.13±2.78),and the operation efficiency98.11%in the observation group,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[84.91%(63.83±2.78)and90.56%],with statistical differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Fine process management is helpful to improve the satisfaction of nursing management in operation room,the nursing quality,and the operation effect,so it is worth being generalized in clinic.
