摘　　要：维持性血液透析是目前临床治疗终末期肾脏疾病的重要方式,但其对于患者的心理及生理均有一定影响。本文综述了维持性血液透析患者的心理状况、不良心理产生因素以及护理干预对策等方面的研究进展,以其为维持性血液透析患者的临床护理提供参考依据。Maintenance hemodialysis is important clinical treatment for end stage kidney disease,but has a certain effect on the patients’psychology and physiology.This article reviews the research progress of the psychological state,unhealthy psychological factors,and nursing intervention strategies of patients taking maintenance hemodialysis,so as to provide theoretical basis on clinical nursing care for patients taking maintenance hemodialysis.
