改良单腔中心静脉导管与普通单腔中心静脉导管置管治疗胸腹水的堵塞并发症比较

摘　　要：目的 比较改良单腔中心静脉导管与普通单腔中心静脉导管置管治疗胸腹水的堵塞并发症发生率。方法 选择本科2014年1月至2016年12月收治的患单一胸水或腹水的患者98例,随机分为两组,试验组49例改良单腔中心静脉导管胸腹腔闭式引流,对照组49例普通单腔中心静脉导管胸腹腔闭式引流,对两组患者治疗后的堵塞并发症进行对比研究。结果 试验组导管堵塞1例(2.04%),对照组导管堵塞13例(26.53%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 改良单腔中心静脉导管较普通单腔中心静脉导管能够显著降低胸腹水置管引流中导管堵塞并发症。Objective To compare the incidence of obstruction complication of modified single-lumen central venous catheter and common single-lumen central venous catheter in the treatment of pleural effusion and ascites.Methods Ninety-eight patients with pleural effusion or ascites admitted to our department from January 2014 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.49 cases in the experimental group were treated with closed thoracic and abdominal drainage by modified single-lumen central venous catheter,while 49 cases in the control group were treated with closed thoracic and abdominal drainage by common single-lumen central venous catheter.The complications after treatment in both groups were compared.Result There were 1 case(2.04%)of catheter obstruction in the experimental group,and 13 cases(26.53%)in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified single-lumen central venous catheter can significantly reduce the complications of catheter obstruction in drainage of pleural effusion and ascites compared with common single-lumen central venous catheter.
