南通市两类预防接种门诊冷链设备配置现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解南通市两类预防接种门诊的冷链设备配置现状,探讨冷链建设中存在的问题,为冷链设备的合理配置提供依据。方法采用调查表,收集两类预防接种门诊冷链设备类型、容积、使用年限、疫苗接种剂次以及各种疫苗体积等信息,进行比较分析。结果现有冷链设备以家用冰箱为主,使用年限≥10年的冷链设备占18.9%,数字化接种门诊的冷链设备配备要高于规范化门诊,有8.2%的冷链设备未安装自动温度监测仪。冷藏容积总体充足,部分接种单位存在不足,冷冻容积均有富余。结论部分老化设备需要更新,两类预防接种门诊冷链建设需同等对待。需建立切实可行的冷链容积评估方法,来配置冷链设备。OBJECTIVE To understood the present situation of the cold chain equipment in the two kinds of preventive outpatient clinics in Nantong city and the problems existing in the construction of cold chain are discussed,and the reasonable configuration of cold chain equipment is provided METHODS The information about the type,volume,length of use,the number of vaccinators and the volume of various vaccines.Were collected analyze and compare.RESULTS Existing cold-chain equipment was given priority to with domestic refrigerator,use fixed number of year 10 or more years of cold chain equipment accounted for 18.9%,digital outpatient departments of cold chain equipment,equipped with more than the standardized clinic 8.2%of cold-chain equipment was not installed automatically monitor the temperature.The refrigerated volume was generally adequate,some inoculations were insufficient,and the freezing volume was surplus.CONCLUSION Some aging equipment needed to be updated,and the two types of preventive outpatient service cold chain construction should be treated the same.It was necessary to establish a feasible method of cold chain volume assessment to configure the cold chain equipment
