摘 要:智能变电站电力专用交换机采用逐级累加SV转发延时和链路传输延时,并标注在SV报文中的技术,解决了智能变电站SV点对点传输不能组网实现数据共享的问题。对交换机性能指标进行了详细测试,结合智能变电站系统分别在稳定运行工况下,雪崩极端工况下对电力系统可靠性进行了测试。使用专用网络测试仪闭环测试法及保护装置相位计算法测试SV标注延时精度,并对数据进行了详细的分析,为指导产品研发及工程应用提供了依据。Intelligent substation power dedicated switch accumulates SY forwarding delay and link transmission delay step by step,and marks in SV message,which solves the SY point-to-point transmission of the intelligent substation that can9 t be connected to achieve data sharing.The performance of the switch was tested in detail,and the power system reliability test is carried out combined with the intelligent substation system in the stable operating conditions and under the extreme conditions of avalanche respectively.A dedicated network tester closed-loop test method and the protection device phase calculation method test are adopted to test SV mark delay accuracy,and the data are analyzed in detail,which provides the basis for guiding product development and engineering applications.
