摘 要:为解决斜面升船机平稳运行通过驼峰的问题,以南水北调中线工程中的丹江口水电站斜面升船机为例,介绍了其运行过程的独特控制设计方案,在分析斜架车在上游斜坡道、驼峰及下游斜坡道上状态的基础上,提出斜架车在通过驼峰时由卷扬机单独牵引改为与两套摩擦驱动装置共同牵引,并引入模糊控制技术,通过对斜架车位置以及钢绳张力的实时监测与计算,进而发出合适的控制指令。实际运行效果表明,该控制方案操作简单、运行平稳可靠。研究成果可供类似工程借鉴。In order to solve the problem of smoothly passing over the hump of the beaching wedged chassis of ship-lift,taking the inclined ship lift of Danjiangkou Hydro-complex as an example,the unique control design scheme of its running process is introduced.On the basis of analyzing the state of the beaching wedged chassis on the upstream ramp,hump and downstream ramp,it is put forward that when the beaching wedged chassis passes over the hump,the chassis should be towed by two sets of friction actuators plus the winder instead of a winder alone previously.Through the real-time position monitoring and calculation of the inclined frame car and the tension of the wire rope,appropriate control instructions are issued.The actual operation results show that the control scheme is simple and the beaching wedged chassis is stable and reliable in operation.The scheme can be used as reference in similar projects.
