摘 要:【目的】掌握信宜怀乡鸡A品系第四世代的生长发育规律,为加强其保种、选育、饲养管理及开发利用提供参考依据。【方法】运用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy 3种非线性生长模型对信宜怀乡鸡A品系第四世代出壳到48周龄的体重数据进行曲线拟合与分析,建立生长模型,拟合出拐点体重和拐点周龄,再根据拟合度(R2)评价生长模型的拟合效果。【结果】Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy 3种模型均能很好拟合信宜怀乡鸡A品系第四世代的生长曲线,R2在0.937以上,其中以Von Bertalariffy模型的拟合生长效果最佳(公鸡R2=0.964,母鸡R2=0.974)。对Von Bertalanffy模型的拟合数据进行分析,得知信宜怀乡鸡A品系第四世代的极限体重为公鸡1937.129 g、母鸡1816.069 g,拐点周龄为公鸡6.414周、母鸡7.380周,拐点体重为公鸡573.964 g、母鸡538.095 g,公鸡的模拟数值除拐点周龄小于母鸡外,其他数值均高于母鸡。【结论】Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型均能很好地拟合信宜怀乡鸡A品系第四世代的生长曲线,但以Von Bertalanffy模型的拟合效果最佳,更适合用于信宜怀乡鸡生长发育规律的预测。【Objective】The law of growth of the fourth generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken A strain was explored,in order to provide scientific reference for better breed conservation,breeding,feeding management and development of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken.【Method】Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy non-linear growth models were used in curve fitting and analysis for the fourth generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken A strain from hatching to 48 weeks.The growth model was established,and inflection weight and inflection week age were fitted,then the growth model fitting effects were evaluated by fitting degree(R2).【Result】Gompertz,Logistic and Von Bertalanffy fit the fourth generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken A strain well.The fitting degree(R2)was all above 0.937.Among them,the Von Bertalanffy model had the best fitting growth effect(cock R2=0.964,hen R2=0.974).By analyzing the fitting data of the Von Bertalariffy model,the results showed that the ultimate weight of the fourth generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken A was 19317.129 g for cock and 1816.069 g for hen.The age of the inflection point was 6.414 weeks for cock and 7.380 weeks for hen.The body weight was 573.964 g for cock and 538.095 g for hen.The simulated values of cock was higher than that of hen except for the inflection point.【Conclusion】Logistic,Gompertz and Von Bertalanffy can fit the fourth generation of Xinyi Huaixiang chicken A strain.Von Bertalanffy has the optimum fitting effects on the growth,which can be used for estimate and predict the weight gain of Xinyi Huaixiang chickens.
