摘 要:自然界中自发的单倍体发生概率极低,通过人工的单倍体诱导技术能够大大提高单倍体发生概率。离体雌核发育诱导单倍体是植物单倍体育种的重要手段之一,重点综述了近年来通过离体雌核发育途径诱导甜瓜单倍体的研究进展,包括未授粉子房离体培养途径和辐射花粉诱导单倍体培养途径,分别讨论了供体基因型、培养基、接种时胚珠的发育时期、预处理方式等因素对诱导甜瓜单倍体再生频率的影响,同时对甜瓜单倍体培养中存在的问题进行了分析和讨论,并对甜瓜单倍体培养的前景进行了展望,以期为接下来甜瓜离体雌核发育诱导单倍体的研究工作提供参考。The natural spontaneous occurrence’s frequency of haploid is very low,but it can be significantly increased through artificial haploid induction techniques.In vitro gynogenesis is one of the most important approaches of plant haploid production.The paper reviewed the research progress on producing melon haploid by in vitro gynogenesis,including in vitro culture of unpollinated ovule and haploid induction via irradiated pollen.The effects of factors such as material genotype,medium,the stage of ovule development,pretreatment on haploid regeneration in melon were discussed.Meanwhile,the problems existing in melon haploid culture were analyzed,and the prospects of melon haploid culture were provided for in vitro gynogenesis in melon.
