摘 要:为增强小黑麦赤霉病抗性,拓宽其遗传基础,配置了小黑麦T182与含二倍体长穗偃麦草全套染色体的双二倍体8801的杂交组合。对其杂种后代群体进行了核型分析、多色基因组原位杂交与赤霉病抗性鉴定。结果表明,杂种后代F1植株染色体数目均为28,F2植株染色体数目均为42,F3植株染色体数目为28~45;多色基因组原位杂交发现杂种后代群体不同株系植株含有不同的E和R及E/R易位染色体;部分含E染色体植株具有不同程度的赤霉病抗性。In order to improve the resistance of triticale to Fusarium head blight(FHB)and broaden its genetic basis,the hybrid combination of triticale cultivar T182 and a complete set of an amphiploid 8801 which contains whole E genome chromosomes of diploid Thinopyrum elongatum was prepared.Nucleotype analysis,genomic in situ hybridization and identification of resistance to Fusarium graminearum were carried out.Karyotype analysis,polychrome genomic in situ hybridization(McGISH),and FHB resistance evaluation were conducted on its hybrid progeny colony.The results showed that the chromosome number of F 1 plants was 28,and that of F 2 plants was 42,and for the F 3 generation,the chromosome number ranged from 28 to 45.McGISH indicated that the plants from different lines contain different number of E and R and E/R translocation chromosomes.Some plants containing E chromosomes possess different level of FHB resistance.
