摘　　要：介绍了采自湖北省赛武当国家级自然保护区的一种大型真菌。通过详细的形态学特征观察和基于ITS序列的分子系统学分析表明,该种为Tricholomopsis flammula,经文献检索,该物种在中国系首次记录。该种的主要鉴别特征是:菌盖黄色,表面覆盖有酒红色至紫红色的鳞片;菌柄光滑,浅黄色至暗黄色;担孢子较窄,6.6μm×3.6μm;生于针叶树腐木上。A macrofungi growing in the Saiwudang National Nature Reserve in Hubei province was introduced.Detailed morphological observation and molecular systematics analysis based on ITS sequence identified the species as Tricholomopsis flammula,the first record of the species in China after literature retrieval.T.f lammula is distinguishable from other species within the genus mainly by its yellow pileus with bright wine red to purple red scales,stipe glabrous and pale yellow to dark yellow,spores 6.6μm×3.6μm,and growing on conifer wood.
