郑州航空港经济区与长三角经济区的联动机制研究

摘　　要：在要素流动加剧和跨区域联动发展应运而生的背景下,选取郑州航空港经济区与长三角经济区作为研究对象,重点探究郑州航空港经济区与外围经济区的区域联动机制。首先,从经济总量上对比二者的经济基础,并基于空间引力模型测算出二者相关城市间存在的经济联系度大小。其次,借助空间经济学、区域一体化理论,构建了郑州航空港经济区与长三角经济区的联动机制,即以产业合作联动为核心的动力机制、以资源配置联动为基础的运行机制和以政策协同为支持的保障机制。最后,针对如何完善郑州航空港经济区与长三角经济区联动机制给出以下三点建议:核心引领,促进区域互补联动;协同整合,优化区域空间联动;合理匹配,推动区域生态联动。In the context of the intensification of factor flows and the development of cross-regional linkages,this paper selects the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone and the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone as the research objects,focusing on exploring the regional linkage mechanism between the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone and the peripheral economic zones.First,the economic bases of the two are compared from the total economic volume,and the degree of economic ties between the relevant cities is calculated based on the space gravity model.Secondly,with the help of spatial economics and regional integration theory,the linkage mechanism between the Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone and the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone has been established,namely,the dynamic mechanism centering on the linkage of industrial cooperation,the operation mechanism based on the linkage of resource allocation,and the safeguard mechanism supported by policy collaboration.Finally,the following three suggestions are given on how to improve the linkage mechanism between Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone and the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone:core guidance,to promote regional complementarity and linkage,coordination and integration to optimize regional spatial linkage,and reasonable matching,to promote regional ecological linkage.
