河南省滑县农户政策认知对其耕地保护行为的影响

摘　　要：以河南省滑县为粮食主产区代表县,结合426个农户调研数据,从分析农户耕地保护政策认知入手,运用模糊综合评价法测定了农户耕地保护行为,并采用多元线性回归模型研究了粮食主产区农户政策认知对其耕地保护行为的影响。研究结果表明,农户耕地保护政策认知比较薄弱,整体耕地保护行为现状不佳;农户政策认知与其耕地保护行为具有显著的正相关关系;是否为村干部、耕地面积、单位耕地面积产值以及农业保险购买情况对其耕地保护行为具有显著的正向影响;农户受教育程度及家庭总收入对其耕地保护行为具有显著的负向影响。因此,要增加耕地保护相关政策宣传,提高农户的耕地保护政策认知水平和耕地保护意识,以进一步提高农户保护耕地的积极性。Taking Huaxian County as the representative of major grain producing areas in Henan Province,based on field survey data from 426 farmers in Huaxian County,and starting from analyzing the farmers’cultivated land protection(CLP)policy cognition and their CLP behaviors using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the impact of farmers’policy cognition on CLP behavior was measured by the multiple regression method.The results showed that the farmers’cognition of CLP policy was relatively weak and the overall farmland protection behavior was not good.Farmers’policy cognition had a significant positive correlation with their behavior.In addition,whether or not beingvillage officials,cultivated land acreage,output,and agricultural insurance purchases,had a positive impact on CLP behavior,and farmers’education background and total household income had a significant negative impact.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the publicity of relevant policies on CLP,and to improve the level of farmers’policy cognition and consciousness of CLP,so as to further improve farmers’enthusiasm of CLP.
