摘 要:在水温(22±1)℃、溶解氧(6.7±0.5)mg/L、pH 7.9±0.2条件下,采用静态水生生物急性毒性试验方法研究了聚维酮碘、敌百虫和氯胺T 3种水产药物对鲈鲤幼鱼[体质量(36.71±4.91)g]和白甲鱼幼鱼[体质量(21.55±4.68)g]的急性毒性。试验结果显示,聚维酮碘、敌百虫和氯胺T对鲈鲤幼鱼96h半致死质量浓度分别为65.13、2.89mg/L和10.79mg/L;安全质量浓度分别为19.76、0.89mg/L和2.96mg/L。聚维酮碘、敌百虫和氯胺T对白甲鱼幼鱼96h半致死质量浓度分别为79.95、1.49mg/L和13.62mg/L;安全质量浓度分别为24.92、0.26mg/L和3.48mg/L。3种药物对鲈鲤幼鱼和白甲鱼幼鱼的毒性大小均为敌百虫>氯胺T>聚维酮碘。根据有毒物质对鱼类毒性的评价标准,敌百虫对鲈鲤和白甲鱼幼鱼是中毒药物,氯胺T和聚维酮碘对其是低毒药物。The acute toxicity of povidone iodine,trichlorfon and chloramine T to juvenile Percocypris pingi with body weight of(36.71±4.91)g and Onychostoma sima with body weight of(21.55±4.68)g was investigated at water temperature of(22±1)°C,dissolved oxygen level of(6.7+0.5)mg/L and pH of 7.9±0.2 in a static method.The results showed that the mean 96-hours median lethal concentration in P.pingi juveniles was65.13mg/L in povidone iodine,2.89mg/L in trichlorfon,and 10.79mg/L in chloramine T,with safe concentrations of19.76mg/L in povidone iodine,0.89mg/L in trichlorfon,and 2.96 mg/L in chloramine T.The mean 96-hours median lethal concentration in O.sima juveniles was79.95mg/L in povidone iodine,1.49mg/L in trichlorfon,and 13.62mg/L,with safe concentrations of 24.92mg/L in povidone iodine,0.26mg/L in trichlorfon,and 3.48mg/L in chloramine T.The descending order of toxicity of the three drugs to juveniles of P.pingi and O.sima was expressed as trichlorfon>chloramine T>povidoneiodine.The toxicity evaluation criteria indicated that trichlorfon was medium-toxic,and that chloramine T and povidone-iodine were low-toxic for P.pingi and O.sima.
