摘 要:在高约12.7m的新型MTO耦合反应器冷态实验装置上,在不同操作气速下,研究了上部环隙下料管4个截面位置及出料口下1个截面位置上的压力特性和平均固含率。通过对上述5个截面上压力脉动曲线及其标准偏差分析,发现截面1处压力脉动在低气速条件下较平稳,在高气速条件下较强烈,截面2和截面3处压力脉动最平稳,而截面4和截面5处压力脉动最剧烈;当下部环流反应器环隙区操作气速(Uga)一定时,随着导流筒区操作气速(Ugd)的增大,各截面平均压力值均不断增加,由截面3至截面1,颗粒呈现顺重力场负压差流动;当环隙区操作气速Uga=0.3m/s时,随着导流筒区操作气速(Ugd)的增大,各截面平均固含率均不断增大,在相同操作条件下,各截面上平均固含率差别较小,颗粒流动较平稳。In a MTO cold model experimental apparatus with 12.7m in height,the pressure characteristics and average solid holdups on five cross-sections were studied under different operating conditions.Four measuring cross-sections located in the downward pipe of the ring space and the other one is below the pipe.Results show that the pressure fluctuations on cross-section 1 are stable under low gas velocities,while a little violent under high gas velocities.The pressure fluctuations on section 2 and section 3 are the most stable,while those are the most violent on section 4 and section 5.Under the same gas velocity of annulus region U ga,the average pressure on each section increases with increasing the gas velocity of draft tube region.From section 3 to section 1,particles flow in the gravitational field with a negative pressure difference.When the gas velocity of annulus region U ga is 0.3m/s,the average solid holdup also increases with increasing the gas velocity of draft tube region.Under the same operating conditions,there is little difference of solid holdups among all the cross-sections,and the particle flow stably in this region.
