摘 要:通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氨气程序升温脱附(NH_3-TPD)表征,研究不同铝源、成胶时间、晶化温度和晶化时间对8m3高压反应釜放大生产MCM-49分子筛的影响。在成胶时间1h、晶化温度140~160℃、晶化时间60h条件下,生产出合格的MCM-49分子筛。且在该晶化温度范围内,随着温度的升高,MCM-49分子筛的结晶度升高。在晶化时间72h、晶化温度168℃条件下,生产出MCM-49和ZSM-35分子筛的混晶;升高晶化温度至172℃,可生产出ZSM-35分子筛单晶。MCM-49分子筛应用于1.3×105t苯酚丙酮工业生产装置上,丙烯转化率大于98.89%,异丙苯选择性大于82%,满足工厂生产要求,并在实际应用中降低生产能耗,节约蒸汽0.691t/h。XRD,SEM and NH 3-TPD were employed to investigate the effects of different aluminum sources,gelation time,crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the performance of MCM-49 zeolites,which were carried out in a 8 m 3 high-pressure reactor.Results show that the highly qualified MCM-49 zeolites can be synthesized under certain conditions,and the optimal conditions are as following:gelation time of 1 h,crystallization temperature of 140℃to 160℃,crystallization time of 60 h.In the above crystallization temperature range,the crystallinity of the MCM-49 zeolites is increasing along with the rise of temperature.The mixture of MCM-49 and ZSM-35 zeolites is prepared under the conditions that crystallization time is 72 h and crystallization temperature is 168℃.When the crystallization temperature rises to 172℃,pure crystals of ZSM-35 zeolite is produced.The MCM-49 zeolites were used in the 130 thousand tons/a production process of phenol and acetone.Under these above conditions,the conversion of propylene is over 98.89%,the selectivity of isopropylbenzene is over 82%.And the activity of MCM-49 zeolites meets the requirements of industrial applications.It can reduce the energy consumption,saving 0.691 t/h of steam.
