摘  要:结合运放NE5532基本应用电路的Multisim仿真实例,分析了其最大输出幅值U_(omax)数据仿真出错的2层原因,它们都与该元件仿真模型紧密相关:一是运放3端模型不适合仿真运放非线性状态,二是Multisim自带NE5532五端模型内部参数有误。强调了解决该问题需要用到的Multisim元件仿真模型选择及参数修改操作;并在分析了运放5端全宏仿真模型输出端部分的Spice电路后,给出了自带模型相应参数的修正值。通过比对相同硬件电路输出结果,修正后的仿真输出与实际电路输出信号参数非常接近,证明此解决方法正确有效。In combination with the Multisim simulation example of the basic application circuit of NE5532 op-amp,two reasons for the simulation error of the U omax data in Multisim are analyzed,these are closely related to the simulation model of the device.Firstly,the op-amp three-terminal model is not suitable for the simulation of the nonlinear state,and the second is the error of the internal parameters of the built-in NE5532 five-terminal model of Multisim.The paper emphasizes the selection and modification of the Multisim component simulation model to solve the problem.After analyzing the Spice circuit of the output end of the five-terminal full macro simulation model,the corrected values of the corresponding parameters are given.By comparing the output of the same hardware circuit,the modified simulation output is very close to the output signal parameters of the actual circuit,it proves that this solution is valid and effective.
