摘 要:有机化学实验作为化学、化工、制药、环境、材料等相关专业的核心实验课程,是理工科院校培养学生实验素养和科研能力的重要实践教学环节。基于近年来在上海理工大学的教学和科研经验,对该校化学实验核心课程有机化学实验进行了课程教学的改革与探索。具体体现在:建立实验室安全准入在线考核制度、优化实验课程内容和考核评价方式、引入多媒体视频实验教学、开发大型仪器设备的教学功能、开展综合设计性实验的设计开发、合理利用学生实验产品等。Organic chemistry experiment,which plays an important role in the training of students′experimental practical ability and comprehensive scientific research ability,is an important practical teaching core course for the students of chemical,pharmaceutical,environmental,materials and other related majors.According to the present teaching and scientific situation of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,series of teaching reformation and exploration measures were made to change the existing problems of courses in the university.The pivotal measures include the establishment of the laboratory safety access online assessment,the optimization of experiment course content and examination assessment,the introduction of multimedia video experiment teaching,the development of the teaching function of large-scale instruments and equipment,the design and development of comprehensive and design-oriented experiments,and rational utilization of students experimental products.
