摘  要:旨在探寻适合科研型导师制学生的评价体系。科研型导师制学生评价体系的构建围绕大创项目开展的全过程,根据学生的特点和大学导师制内涵的要求,确定评价内容和评价形式,构建评价体系。评价采用显性评价和隐性评价相结合的方式,对项目申请、项目实施、项目结题3个阶段进行评价。该评价体系实施效果较为理想,可以为导师制教学管理提供一定的实践参考。The aim of this paper is to explore the student evaluation system of research type tutors.The construction of student evaluation system of research type tutors contains the whole course of the college students innovation and pioneering projects.According to the characteristics of the students and the requirements of the university tutorial system,the content and form of evaluation are determined,and the evaluation system is constructed.The project application stage,project implementation stage and project conclusion stage were evaluated by the apparent and hidden evaluation.The effectiveness of the evaluation system is very successful,it will offer some references to the practices of the tutorial system teaching management.
