摘　　要：拱北口岸地区的交通组织优化与设计是改善口岸周边区域交通环境,缓解口岸地区交通拥堵,提高口岸周边道路通行能力的重要措施。文章在对口岸地区交通现状进行充分调研的基础上,分析总结了口岸地区现状和存在的交通问题,提出机动车单向逆时针的交通组织方案和行人交通组织方案,并采用VISSIM软件对交通组织方案进行仿真。通过定性和定量结合的方式对方案进行评价,验证方案的可行性以及方案实施后的效果。The optimization and design of traffic organization in Gongbei port area is an important measure to improve its traffic environment,alleviate its traffic congestion,and increase its traffic capacity.On the basis of well investigating the traffic situation in port area,this paper analyzes and summarizes the existing traffic problems,puts forward the traffic organization plan and the pedestrian traffic organization plan,and uses the VISSIM software to simulate the traffic organization plan.Through the combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluations,the feasibility of the scheme and the corresponding effect of its implementation are verified.
