摘　　要：细胞外囊泡(extracellular vesicle,EVs)是包括微囊泡和外泌体在内的、直径≤1μm的含有蛋白质、脂质、mRNA和micro RNA等分子的小磷脂囊泡,在组织、细胞之间传递功能信息,广泛参与了肿瘤侵袭转移、免疫、造血等功能。近年来研究发现EVs在红细胞生物学中也发挥着重要功能,红细胞相关功能性EVs分析将有望为红细胞生成障碍、贫血以及输血相关免疫调节等的研究提供新的思路和方法。本文就红细胞生成和红细胞制品的相关细胞外囊泡研究进展进行综述,以期为红细胞疾病的治疗提供新的思路。Extracellular vesicles(EVs)are small phospholipid vesicles(≤1μm in diameter)containing molecules,lipids,mRNAs and microRNAs,including microvesicles and exosomes.EVscan transmit functional information between tissues and cells,and involve in tumor invasion,metastasis,immunity and hematopoiesis.In recent years,studies have found that EVs also play an important role in erythrocyte biology.Analysis of erythrocyte-related functional EVs is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the study of erythropoiesis,anemia and transfusion-related immune regulation.In this review,the research progress of erythropoiesis and related extracellular vesicles in erythrocyte products will be summarized,to provide new ideas for the treatment of erythrocyte diseases.
