摘 要:高压地下储气井内外表面由于腐蚀造成的壁厚减薄是其主要失效模式之一,因此壁厚测定是定期检验的主要项目。针对储气井的形状特点,提出圆柱形凸面相控阵腐蚀内检测技术,并研制了512大阵元数圆柱形凸面相控阵探头。针对177 mm×10.36 mm的储气井检测,研究阵元主动孔径、焦距、增益、门阀域值等相控阵工艺参数对检测的影响,并对带有人工缺陷的储气井试样进行超声相控阵内检测工艺参数优化试验和研究,然后根据优化后的工艺参数对储气井试验平台的试样进行检测试验,结果表明,提出的圆柱形凸面相控阵腐蚀内检测技术对储气井试样的腐蚀缺陷具有较高的检测灵敏度和效率,且能够检测2 mm以上的点腐蚀和1 mm宽的线腐蚀。The wall thickness reduction of the underground compressed natural gas storage well due to corrosion occurred on its inner and outer surfaces is one of its main failure modes.Therefore,wall thickness measurement is a main item for periodic detection.A corrosion detection technique using cylindrical convex ultrasonic phased array was proposed according to the well shape,and a cylindrical convex phased array probe with 512 array elements was developed.For the detection of the storage well with dimensions of 177 mm×10.36 mm,the influences of process parameters such as active aperture,focal length,gain and gate threshold,etc.were studied,and the experiment researches with artificial defects were conducted for parameters optimization.According to the optimized process parameters,the detection tests were carried out on the specimen on the storage well test platform.The results show that the proposed detection technique has a higher detection sensitivity and efficiency to the corrosion defects,and can detect the pitting corrosion of more than 2 mm and line corrosion of 1 mm width.
