摘　　要：[目的/意义]社会化问答社区是兼具知识传播和社交功能的问答平台,是传统的搜索式问答平台朝着社交关系的方向进一步拓展和延伸的产物。尽管其具有区别于其他问答平台的社交性特征,但目前仍缺少针对性的综述分析。深入剖析社会化问答社区中用户研究领域的发展进程,有助于为未来相关研究提供参考和方向。[方法/过程]依据用户个体和群体两个层次,系统梳理了社会化问答社区中用户研究的相关文献。在个体层次,首先划分了社区用户的角色类型及其相互转变关系;其次,对用户的持续参与动机和角色转变动机进行了总结;最后,归纳了用户行为研究的有关内容,包括问答行为和社交行为两种。在群体层次,从三个方面讨论了相关研究,即用户网络结构特征、网络结构特征对知识传播效果的影响以及用户网络的演化。[结果/结论]通过综述分析,点明了用户个体和群体层次的区别与联系,分析了现有研究的贡献与不足,并据此提出了未来研究的若干方向。[Purpose/Significance]Social Q&A communities are platforms featuring both knowledge transmission and social interaction.They originate from the extension of traditional search-based Q&A platforms towards social communications among their users.Despite the feature of sociability that distinguishes social Q&A communities from other Q&A platforms,comprehensive review analysis is still limited.Through deeply analyzing the development of research of users in social Q&A communities,this paper is helpful in providing reference and direction for future related research.[Method/Process]The paper systematically reviews the existing research of users in social Q&A communities from two levels:individual and group.On the individual level,this paper first clarifies the role types of users in social Q&A communities and the transference relationships between those roles.Then,users'continued participation as well as role transference motives are concluded.At last,literature on user behavior is summarized,including Q&A behavior and various social behaviors.On the group level,the paper discusses extant research from three perspectives,namely structure characteristics of user network,their influence on knowledge transmission as well as evolution of user network.[Result/Conclusion]By review analysis,this paper points out the difference and relation between the two levels of study,and analyzes the contributions and limitations of existing research,based on which,future directions are proposed.
