摘　　要：文章分析剑桥大学图书馆藏书发展政策。研究发现该馆藏书发展政策的主要特点包括:基本项目齐全,内容丰富详细;重视特色藏书,强调人文特色;以用户为主,满足用户多元化信息需求;强调馆际合作与协调,重视资源共建共享;政策修订更新较快,时效性较强。我国高校图书馆藏书发展政策应以读者需求为导向,突出特色馆藏、OA资源、电子资源建设和馆际合作。This paper makes an analysis of University of Cambridge Library’s collection development policy,focusing on its contents,goals and significance.It is found out that UCL’s collection development policy has the following five main features.First,it has a complete list of basic development items,and each item is explained in detail.Second,it attaches importance to collections with unique characteristics,especially those in humanities.Third,it is reader-oriented,and tries to meet readers’diversified need of information.Fourth,it emphasizes inter-library cooperation and coordination,especially the joint construction and sharing of library resources.Fifth,it is updated regularly and timely.Such could be inspiring for China’s academic libraries,which should make their own reader-oriented collection development policies,and attach more importance to special collections,OA resources,electronic resources,and interlibrary cooperation.
