摘　　要：为了研究不同空气雾化涂料喷枪之间的性能差异,以PC为硬件平台,以美国国家仪器(NI)公司开发的Labview软件为开发平台,配合必要的传感器和数据采集卡,对国内国外两款喷枪的相关参数进行了测试。通过此次试验,为以后的喷枪性能优化提供数据参考。In order to study the performance differences between different air atomized paint spray guns,using PC as hardware platform,Labview software developed by the National Instruments(NI)company as the development platform,cooperating with necessary sensor and data acquisition card,the relevant parameters of two spray guns at home and abroad were tested.Through this test,the future of gun performance optimization will be provided with a data reference.
