摘 要:用取代度(DS)为0.048 4的醋酸酯纤维与醚化剂3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵合成了醋酸酯阳离子双变性纤维。采用正交分析优选了高Ni2+脱除率的双变性纤维的制备工艺,确定了在体系pH为11,反应时间为2 h,反应温度为40℃,投料比为1∶2条件下得到的双变性纤维吸附Ni2+能力最强。采用单因素分析研究了各影响因素对阳离子DS的影响,进一步探讨了阳离子DS与双变性纤维金属离子脱除效果之间的关系,实验结果表明,阴离子DS为0.048 4、阳离子DS为0.006 6的醋酸酯双变性纤维除镍效果最好。Acetate cationic double modified fiber has been synthesized from acetate fiber(DS=0.048 4)and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride,and the preparation process of double modified fiber which has high nickel ion removing rate optimized by the orthogonal experiment analysis method.It is determined that the adsorption capability of the modified fibers for Ni2+is the strongest,when the pH value is 11,reaction time 2 h,reaction temperature 40℃,and reaction dosage ratio 1∶2.The influences of various factors on the substitution degree of cations has been investigated by single factor analysis,and the relationship between the substitution degree of cations and the metal ion removing effect of double modified fiber discussed,further.The experimental results show that the removing effect of acetate cationic double modified fiber on nickel is the best when the degree of substitution of anions is 0.048 4 and the degree of substitution of cations is 0.006 6.
