摘 要:托辊是圆管带式输送机的重要组成部件,减少托辊组的数目能够有效地降低生产成本。针对圆管带式输送机中托辊组间距的设计和布置问题,以典型的正六边形托辊组结构为例,考虑了输送带、物料同托辊组结构之间的相互作用关系,进行了力学分析与推导,阐述了影响托辊组间距的4个主要因素,推导出合理布置托辊间距的数学表达式,并结合工程算例验证了表达式的正确性。研究结果可作为圆管带式输送机精确定量分析、设计及优化的参考。The roller is a crucial component with regard to pipe belt conveyor system,which supports belts and cargos,reducing the number of roller can effectively reduce the production cost.Aiming at the pipe belt conveyor roller pitch design and layout issues,taking the typical positive six sides shaped roller group structure as an example,the mechanical analysis and deduction are conducted by considering the interaction relation between the conveyor belt,material and roller structure.The four main factors that affect the spacing between rollers are expounded.Moreover,the mathematical expression of reasonable arrangement of roller spacing is derived,and the correctness of the expression is verified by an engineering example.The results can take the reference for accurate quantitative analysis and optimal design and pipe belt conveyor.
