摘 要:在传统的拉威娜式行星齿轮机构中分别增加一组长短行星小齿轮,并使所有行星齿轮两两相互啮合,这种新型拉威娜式机构能提高变速器传递功率和转矩的能力。通过对新型拉威娜式变速器结构进行分析,建立必要的约束条件,结合行星齿轮两两相互正确啮合的条件,确定装配误差最小值作为设计的目标函数,最终求解得到17组可行齿数的齿轮组方案。A group of long pinion-to-short pinion planetary gears are added into the traditional Ravigneaux planetary gearset and one planetary gear meshes with two others.This new type Ravigneaux planetary gearset can improve the capability of the automatic transmission in the aspect of power and torque.The essential constrain conditions are established by analyzing the structure of the Ravigneaux transmission.The assembly condition minimum error can be calculated by the essential constrain conditions and the condition that make a planetary gear meshes with two others properly.That is the objective function of the design and 17 groups feasible programs are yielded finally.
