摘  要:六氟磷酸锂工业化生产,控制产品质量的关键步骤是结晶过程,传统方法不可避免形成大的结晶颗粒,且结晶周期较长,产品收率低,生产成本较高。本工艺重点研究了动态结晶法制备六氟磷酸锂,采用超声波诱导和梯度降温结晶的手段,解决了六氟磷酸锂生成晶体粒径不均匀的问题,所得产品纯度高,不需要进行二次结晶,且母液可回用,整个系统不产生"三废",具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,易于推广应用。The key step of industrial production of lithium hexafluorophosphate to control the product quality is the crystallization process.The traditional method inevitably forms large crystal particles with long crystallization period,low product yield and high production cost.The present invention focuses on the preparation of lithium hexafluorophosphate by dynamic crystallization method and solves the problem that the crystal size of the lithium hexafluorophosphate is not uniform due to the method of ultrasonic induction and gradient cooling crystallization.The obtained product has high purity and does not require secondary crystallization and can be recycled.The whole system does not produce“three wastes”,has good economic benefits and social benefits,easy to promote the application.
