摘 要:本研究以128头嘉兴黑猪为实验群体,通过直接测序检测FSHβ和RFRP基因外显子单核苷酸多态性(SNP)位点,并探讨其多态性对母猪繁殖性状的影响。结果表明:在FSHβ和RFRP基因外显子中各检测到1个SNP位点。FSHβ基因在外显子2存在突变位点C1035T;RFRP基因在外显子3存在突变位点T4696C,且2个位点均存在AA、AB、BB 3种基因型;FSHβ-C1035T对嘉兴黑猪的初生窝重有显著影响(P<0.05),RFRP-T4696C对初产母猪的总产仔数、产活仔数和初生窝重均有显著影响(P<0.05)。综上所述,FSHβ、RFRP基因外显子多态性对嘉兴黑猪繁殖性状有一定的遗传效应,可作为潜在的遗传标记。Sequencing method was used to detect SNPs of all exons of FSHβand RFRP genes,the purpose of this research was to explore the influences of polymorphisms of FSHβand RFRP gene on reproductive traits.The results showed that one SNP site was detected in both FSHβand RFRP gene exons.One mutation(C→T)was detected at 1035bp in exon 2 of FSHβgene,named C1035T,the other mutation(T→C)was detected at 4696bp in exon 3 of RFRP gene,referred to as T4696C,and existed 3 genotypes per gene(AA,AB,BB).The analysis showed that FSHβ-C1035T had a significant effect on the litter weight at birth in Jiaxing Black sows(P<0.05).RFRP-T4696C affected total number born,number born alive and litter weight at birth significantly in primiparous sows(P<0.05).In conclusion,the polymorphisms of exons of FSHβand RFRP genes have certain genetic effects on the reproductive traits of sows and could be used as potential genetic markers.
