摘 要:为研究碱液下玻璃纤维增强复合材料(GFRP)筋力学性能劣化规律,对直径为20mm和25mm的GFRP筋进行碱溶液分别浸泡30、90d和180d后的拉伸试验,得到筋体在碱液不同腐蚀时间后筋体的极限拉伸强度及弹性模量等力学性能指标;对比研究了相同直径筋体在盐溶液浸泡180d后的力学性能变化;建立了碱液下GFRP筋剩余强度衰减模型。结果表明,相同的腐蚀龄期,碱性环境对GFRP筋力学性能劣化影响高于盐环境;碱液下GFRP筋拉伸强度随浸泡时间的增长呈下降趋势,GFRP筋前期被腐蚀速率高于后期;分析修正后的碱液下筋体剩余强度衰减模型与试验结果吻合度较高。To study the deterioration law of mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced composite(GFRP)bars in an alkaline solution,tensile tests were carried out using 20 mm and 25 mm GFRP bars for 30 days,90 days and 180 days to obtain the mechanical properties such as ultimate tensile strength and elastic modulus after different corrosion time in the alkaline solution were obtained.Meanwhile,a comparative study on the mechanical properties of GFRP bars with the same diameters was conducted in saline solution for 180 days.The residual tensile strength degradation model was established for the GFRP bars in the alkaline solution.The results indicated that the deterioration degree of mechanical properties of GFRP bars in the alkaline solution was worse than that in the saline solution at the same corrosion age.The tensile strength of GFRP bars tended to decrease with an increase of soaking time in the alkaline solution,and their corrosion rate in the early stage was faster than that in the later stage.The modified residual strength degradation model of GFRP bars was in a good agreement with the test results.
