内外需求对中国城市化的影响研究——基于新经济地理学的视角

摘　　要：内外需求对中国城市化具有重要的研究意义,有助于厘清城市自身特点与外部特征对城市化发展发挥的作用,有利于制定针对性对策促进城市化发展。基于我国285个地级市及国外187个经济体层面的面板数据,考察外需与内需对城市化的影响程度及其作用机制,建立城市化规模决定方程,并运用面板计量模型,估计内外需对城市化率的影响。研究结果表明:用以测度内外需的国内市场潜力与国外市场潜力对城市化率有显著正向影响,全国样本估计结果为外需影响大于内需,内需对三大地区的城市化率影响显著为正。受区域发展不平衡影响,外需对东部地区影响显著为正,且远超全国水平,外需对中西部地区城市化率影响为负。The internal and external demand is of great significance to the study of urbanization in China,which is helpful to clarify the role of the city's own and external characteristics in the development of urbanization,and to formulate targeted countermeasures to promote the development of urbanization.Based on panel data from 285 prefecture-level cities in China and 187 economies abroad,the influence degree and action mechanism of external demand and domestic demand on urbanization were investigated,and the scale determination equation of urbanization was established.The influence of internal and external demand on urbanization rate is estimated by using panel measurement model.The results show that the domestic market potential and foreign market potential used to measure internal and external demand have significant positive effects on the urbanization rate.The national sample estimation results for external effects more than domestic demand,domestic demand in three major areas of the city is significant positive effect;affected by regional development imbalance,external demand has a significant positive impact on the eastern region,far exceeds the national level,and the impact of external demand on the urbanization of the central and western regions is negative.
