摘  要:依据分布式电源接入中低压配电网相关标准规定,分析分布式电源接入中低压配电网后对系统电能质量、线路(变压器)过载等安全性指标产生的影响,归纳提出分布式电源接入中低压配电网安全性评估的主要内容及评估方法。以某1000 kW屋顶分布式光伏发电项目为例,验证该评估方法的可行性。通过分布式电源接入中低压配电网安全性评估技术的研究,可提早预防分布式电源接入的运行风险,满足电力系统安全稳定运行的要求,为今后大规模分布式电源接入配电网提供技术支持。According to the relevant standards of distributed generation connecting to mid and low voltage distribution network,this paper analyzed the influence of distributed generation supply on the safety index of power quality and line(transformer)overload of the original system after connecting to mid and low voltage distribution network,and put forward the main content and method for safety assessment of distributed generation connecting to mid and low voltage distribution network,and take a 1000 kW roof distributed photovoltaic power generation project as an example to verify the feasibility of evaluation method.Through the research on safety assessment technology of distributed generation connecting to mid and low voltage distribution network,it could prevent the operation risk of distributed generation connecting to distribution network and meet the requirements of safe and stable operation of power system early,so as to provide technical support for large-scale distributed generation connecting to distribution network in the future.
