摘 要:分析了当前国内普遍使用的基于加权因子的变压器状态评估方法的弊端,介绍了一种全新的群组变压器通用评估方法。该方法的基础数学模型同时包含变压器的经济因素和技术因素,并分3步开展具体参数的过程评估:首先基于变压器的重要度和设备故障概率对群组变压器按故障风险进行等级划分;其次根据故障时损坏、绕组过热、绝缘击穿、附件故障、随机故障和金属过热6个风险评估单元对变压器进行故障概率详细评估;最终由变压器重要度和故障概率共同确定变压器故障风险。This paper analyzed the shortcomings of the current domestic commonly used one-step linear transformer state evaluation method based on weight factor and the individuality of the evaluate models,and introduced a new general evaluation method of transformer fleet in details.The basic mathematical model of the method also included the economic factors and technical factors of the transformer,and the process evaluation of the specific parameters was carried out in three steps.Firstly,based on the importance and the probability of the failure of the transformer,the transformer fleet was classified according to the fault risk;secondly,according to the fault damage,the thermal winding,the dielectric breakdown,the fitting breakdown,the accidental breakdown and hot metal,different risk factors assessment units score the failure probability of the transformer;and finally confirm the fault risk of the transformer via the importance level and fault probabillity.
