摘  要:针对现阶段红外热像检测管理混乱、缺乏分析工具等现状,设计开发了红外热像带电检测信息标准化系统,通过调整红外热像图像对比度、提高图像信噪比等措施对热像进行增强预处理,实现了红外热像批量上传及模糊检索、批量生成报告、全像素温度流格式、通过温度波型变化趋势进行缺陷判断以及准确判断电压致热型缺陷等功能。该系统的开发有助于积累设备热缺陷分析样本,准确掌握不同设备的发热特征,提高技术人员设备缺陷分析效率,从而实现输变电一次设备红外热像带电检测信息精细化管理。In view of the current situation of the clutter of infrared thermal image management and the lack of analysis tools,a standardization system of infrared thermal image live detection information was designed and developed.The thermal image was enhanced by adjusting the contrast of the thermal image and improving the signal to noise ratio,the system realized the practical application of infrared thermal image batch upload and fuzzy retrieval,batch generation report and full pixel temperature flow format,analyze the wavy style to obtain the trend of maximum peak temperature,and the exact determination of voltage induced thermal defects.The system was developed for the accumulation of equipment thermal defect analysis of samples,accurately grasping the heating characteristics of different devices,improving the technical staff efficient analysis of equipment defects,which could contribute to achieve a real power transmission equipment infrared thermography live detection of information management.
