摘 要:针对智能电能表在型式评价电磁兼容性方面实际测试情况,对高频脉冲、静电放电、雷电、电压暂态故障、射频辐射电磁场、印制电路板6个方面的干扰源进行了分析。在现有研究的基础上,依据电能表型式评价国家标准、电力行业标准及内蒙古电力(集团)有限责任公司企业标准,分别对静电放电抗扰度、快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度、浪涌抗扰度、射频电磁场抗扰度、射频场感应的传导骚扰抗扰度及电压暂降和短时中断6项电磁兼容试验的试验要点和试验中遇到的故障进行分析总结,并针对故障提出相应解决措施。According to the situation of the electromagnetic compatibility test of smart meter,the interference sources of six areas of the high frequency,the static discharges,the thunder and lightning,the transient voltage,the radiofrequency electromagnetic fields,and the disturbance of PCB were analyzed.On the base of summarizing the existent research,under the national standard of smart meter and the standards of the power industry and enterprise standards of the west Inner Mongolia power grid,the test points and failures of the electrostatic discharge immunity,electrical fast transient immunity,surge immunity,electromagnetic compatibility radiated,conduction disturbance immunity of RF field induction and voltage sag and short supply interruption were analyzed and summarized.In consideration of the faults,solutions were proposed.
