摘　　要：文章阐述了绵羊毛/柞蚕丝混纺休闲面料的设计开发过程。从原料选择、纺纱工艺、织造工艺、后整理工艺等方面进行考量,分析原料细度和含量、纱支和捻度捻向参数设计、上机经纬密和组织结构、后整理工序流程和工艺参数对产品开发过程的影响。This paper introduces the design and development process of wool/tussah silk blended casual fabric.From the aspects of raw material selection,spinning process,weaving process,finishing process,the effect of various factors,i.e.,fineness and content of raw material,yarn count,parameter design of twist and twist direction,yarn density,weave,and finishing process on product development were investigated.
